 ICE SCRAMBLE!!
This is a local treat, made up of ice, sugar, lots of milk, pink food dye and other stuff.
It's been a while since I've had one. I remember some people staying away from this because it's considered a dirty street food, so people never know they might be munching on a bike's spare part.
Ah~ But there's a store which doesn't seem to be serving bike parts with ice scramble near my school~ They have marshmallows too~ ♥
