Almost everyone coins or uses expressions that make sense to only a few people. What word or phrase do you use most often that you have to explain the meaning of to others?

I usually say "Nguso mo!" instead of "no way!" "hell no!" "as if!" and some other stuff.
In english, it's just "Your upperlip!" It makes no sense to everybody but me and my 2 friends from college.
